There are two locations within the building.

Location: Hotel building, west 1st floor, next to the elevator, along Pepper Street, inside the ice machine room.

(It's on the same floor as the pool reception.)

After getting off the elevator in the pool building, please proceed to your right.

Cleaning during your stay is carried out between 10:15 and 16:00.
We sincerely apologize, but we are unable to accommodate requests for specific delivery times.

If there are times when you do not wish to enter your room, please attach the "Do not disturb" magnet on the outside of your room door, and we will avoid entering your room for cleaning during those times.

Most programs will be held even if it rains.
We will only contact you if we determine that the event cannot be held.
If you wish to cancel due to rain, a cancellation fee will be charged.
